The company culture is toxic! Your entire tenure would be driven by perception and perception only! Actual results won’t matter, mid-senior management would collude against you if you call out the incompetent people thriving in the system. Also, these incompetent people would be promoted out of turns, just because of the smoke breaks with the manager and being the yes men

Nothing like,only good thing is that,they will give you product training, and cocp sims, and if TSM is good and supportive then only you will be able to survive

Dislikes

... don't care about it at all. They do comparison amongst AM and demoralised them.They hold your salary if you are not able to achieve target only for one month and give you PIP. No job security at all. If you joined the organisation on this role means on the day one just start searching for other jobs. At the time of joining they give you CTC in which 15% variables are included and that includes your incentives and bonus and no reimbursement is given for petrol or diesel it is to be used from your own salary.This role requires everyday travelling within city. They are showing dual personality on one hand they will tell you to come office for one or two days and if you come then they will ask you the reason for coming to office. They will cut your salaries for 2 or 3 days without any reason and if you approach them they will give you nonsense reasons.They are having channel partners and retail stores who sell the same products but do not provide good services to the customers . This role is not suitable for girls it requires hard-core field sales jobs , and they don't care about you at all.Even if you are sick or some mishap occurred they only think that " ki tum bahane bana rahe ho" they give you this kind of statement .Service team and network team of Airtel is very very poor. They don't give Diwali bonus and give only two days holiday

...us to do those type of work which was not discussed during placement screening,. As per the company policies we didn't received bonus i.e., 50,000 INR after completing 1 year working with this organization. During this pandemic time as second wave of COVID-19 is hitting our country and company is giving us a pressure to go in the market which is highly risky for our health and life as well.

... which not only focus on company's growth but as well as employee's growth also. Also , the perks & incentives we get here in terms of salary as well as incentives are credited on time without any delay. There is much corporate exposure & knowledge gaining through modules being assigned & regular time-to-time activities like quizzes on company's app & portal as well so that a kind of decurrum is maintained. Also , company made the work more convenient by providing resources by it's own like laptop to work. So for me it was really a good experience to work in such a big corporate like Airtel & if get an opportunity again to join here , I will definitely go for it & assure to work with full dedication & fulfill the company's expectations Till now in all companies I worked , my best experience among companies has been in Airtel.

Though I live in West Delhi , but I got South Delhi area to work when joined the company. But still it was manageable because of the previous manager as he called for gate meeting to the point convenient for everyone and used to treat everyone equally , but after the new manager came , we were mostly called more far away due to which much of my time & money got affected. Also , I went through some politics. It was also the reason that my performance was going down instead of being improving i.e. the rating got poor & so was compelled to resign. Otherwise would have started improving to some extent.

...irtel from 2012 in many project like biker , CE , DG now In promoter cattagery Almost 9-10 year but no promotion and not increasing salary . i really feel bad for this Over all calture is good Thank you me to giving me chance to work with Airtel Thank you . 🙏 Happy dewli
