They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly
No work life balance

Still stuck on older ways of doing things
Managers focuses on new shiny tech and features just to showcase to upper leadership rather than actually caring about the product.
