A young organization, Decent salary hikes

Dislikes

HR Culture is very bad. The good people from HR have left the organization over the past few years and the worst-of-the-lot have been promoted to HR leadership positions. The day-to-day working experience is very poor and there is a lot of unnecessary stress due to incompetent management. Join only if you are willing to put your brains aside and ready to work like a donkey.

Which I like about Airtel that job security very good. And also company policies which are benifit for employees like medical facilities and annual bonus.

Dislikes

HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.

Raja aur unke das kind of system. Pintu sing HDO Circle Head is just a scrap. He can ask you to join a zoom call at 12 midnight and will start shouting without thinking you are sleeping with your family.
