The company is the pay master company, I really love Bharti Airtel very much. It was my golden era when I was in Bharti Group.

Sometimes managers were made some wrong decisions like merging the two departments which result people have loose their job.

Company policies are good, management is good in some circles, cafeteria and infrastructure is amazing

Salary is ok types and lesser growth opportunities. Management always gives back the feedback on visibility. No work from home even during pandemic.

...alanced life, keep you motivated, very innovative and dedicated scm & mktg team. Perks for offrole is not good, onrole has very good incentive and salary structure. Appraisal is an yrly affair. Good to work as onrole emplyee.
