Dislikes
HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.
Raja aur unke das kind of system.
Pintu sing HDO Circle Head is just a scrap.
He can ask you to join a zoom call at 12 midnight and will start shouting without thinking you are sleeping with your family.
Only salary is credited at 25 th day of everymonth
Dislikes
Managers only looking for their promotion
Management is not good no interaction with HR
Management are not believable they announced something but not done by them
Not Employee centric
Timely salary and incentive are credit in our salary account and getting all benifit of good corporate company as well as feeling we have worked with leading telecom company.
Not giving appraisal and increment despite over achievement of sales target every months by manually mismatching our work performance data with other employee in excel sheet and giving appraisal and increment to non-performer sycophants.
You get your salary on time nothing else.. everything is Terrible
Dislikes
1. Work pressure
You have to sale Postpaid , Broadband & Airtel Black on daily basis either from store or by doing some outdoor activities or through calling customer if you failed doing this the managers will pressure you and make your day horrible if sale is not done.
2. No work life balance
You have to work 365 days. Regardless of the policies they have, your leave is in your manager hands which they will not give you even if you die working. Company gives you Sunday as a week off still two or one employee must Come to the store & do the sale.
3. Incentive Structure
Airtel has so many eligibility criteria for getting eligible to get incentives that it's impossible for an employee to complete it. Even if you get incentives they have clawback system where they take the incentives back from you if the customer leaves or migrates his number back from postpaid to prepaid again within 90 days or port out his number which will obviously happens because they have too high prices of their plan.
It's a great Scheme you’ll get good incentives this month you’ll feel happy which will be taken back next month itself.
4. Politics
There is no Growth opportunity if you are a Boy this is 100% geniune you will just waste time at Airtel or else your friend or family member must be at a higher post for your Success , If you are a Good looking Girl then damm even if you have zero product knowledge zero customer handling experience you will have great success you will become manager within months
You need to be on their good side to get Success or else I have seen employee with talent & education just working for more than 7 years without promotion.
