There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

About timeing and week off I am not satisfied with Airtel because there is no weekly off and not properly time of your work TL not given any leaves on emergency.

Of course it's a brand image because Airtel is a leader in Telecom industry. Also there way of culture is good or structurized as well as senior colleague is supportable so it's a positive reason to work with this organization.

Starting package is decent but variable amount is difficult to achieve the same. And chances of growth is very low as per today's scenario.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.
