There is a lot of politics. Management any time transferred & terminate the employees so no job security.

The company is on a road block created by its owners, they work like a lala company which is shameful since its a 100yrs old company. Zero growth potential even the people working for the company has given up and working like a govt.

The inability to take negativity thoughts The entire process even salaries are not paid on time I will never recommend Bhargava for the job

At Bhargava Phytolab, it is a rewarding experience. one of the standout aspects of the Company is the conducive environment for learning and growth. The Management team is highly cooperative, showing a willingness to listen and understand the challenges faced on the ground. The level of autonomy given to employees in decision-making processes which empowerment fosters a sense of responsibility and ownership among the employees.

Management is continuously working on the policies to improve and provide better working conditions to the employees.

Nothing. Since day 1 of your joining you will find people around you are relatives of MD and you can do nothing here.

Dislikes

No matter what you do, they will kick you out with in 1 yr. No hierarchical ethics. Worst behavior of management. False commitment to the field teams. Never pays on time, pays in 50 days interval. 102 years old company and still not grown up to the mark due to their low foresight. If anyone wants to destroy his own career can join this company. They will show you big dreams but they are daydreamers and nonsense. Once they understand your strategy they will trap you and kick you out and try to use your strategy and never get out of LALA chaap thinkings. They will never change their own infrastructure and ask you to perform without even paid you on time. One of the most dull marketing manager ever seen and you will hear bull shit out of her ideas.
