...nse of urgency displayed by management for achieving targets. Guaranty of job. Salary and benefits just good enough. Freedom to do independently for lower management officer's. Middle and top management on toes always.

Working location is so good in all 3 companies and I would like to expected more salary but some companies given me a good salary and some companies no increments. For working and job settle company is only merck millipore. I never forget that company.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
