My money got lost because of Bharat Wire Ropes Itd. 7:-1 emailed HR many times. But HR did not reply to my email. 8:-If I tell you my experience, if you want to leave this company, just take your salary and submit immediate resignation and stop going to duty from the next day. 9:-Because I did the entire resignation process through proper channel so that a relationship can be maintained. But its result was absolutely zero. 10:-If you think that we should follow the proper channel of resignation to maintain the relationship, then you will be proved absolutely hundred percent wrong at that place. You will realize this later. 11:-If I talk specifically about the electrical department, there is rule of two people who talk like non-technical. 12:-They do not have the manners to talk to seniors and juniors. Only those who do not know anything and who can bear their abuses are working there. 13:-1 would especially refuse to join this electrical department as long as these people are there. 14:-Even if you join there, within a week you will feel that we took a wrong decision. And you will be mentally stressed. Because you will be tortured so much. 15:-The electrical department has a completely toxic environment. 16:-The canteen food is absolutely bad. Even dogs would not like such food. 17:-Bharat Wire had a very good image in the market long ago. But today no one wants to join Bharat Wire whoever comes to know about it. That is why before joining, people connect with people on Linkedin and take feedback, which is also right. 18:-You can be as strong as you want. You will have to leave this job in eight to nine months because you will be so stressed. In which you will also suffer a huge financial loss. They don't to FNF on time and they deducted the money lot from our salary and also management of HR is worst in BWRL .and they don't receive call of employees after you left the company for payment and they don't follow the policy and deduction is more during notice period

Company is good for the beginners. Lot off skills to learn. Salary on time. Company culture is very good if you follow the policies. Here you will get job satisfaction because senior staffs are very cooperative.

Kuchh bhi like karne layak nhi hai 10 mahine kam kiya etna ganda experience maine kahi nhi dekha Manager ke talve chatne wala ek chamcha hai jisko kuchh nhi aata hai Es company me GET ek mahine ke ander bhaag jate hai Koi yha kaam krna nhi chahta Stranding ki naukri kisi Naarega ke majdoor se bhi battar hai Chmacho ne HR ko bolkar mera salary hold krwa diya tha Stranding me bhulakar bhi koi bhi es company koi bhi join mt krna 🙏 😰😢😢 Yha log ek dusre ki naukri khane ke chakkar me pade rehte hai Es company culture etna ganda hai Yah bahar dekhne me bada ander se pura gandagi.

1-Planing me sab ekdusare se politics krne me lge hai galat planning krte hai aur blame stranding ke uper dal dete hai 2- DGM vijay singh apne chamacho se bs khane pine ka jugad krte hai (tel, masala, ice-cream,sabji)

Poor pay is mentioned many times. Unreasonable amount of work is also a source of unhappiness. So, if an employee is happy about her work environment in general, there is not much focus on pay. Money becomes a big concern when work hours are long and people do not feel the love.
