Due to non payment of salary and salary uogradation since last 10 years security is there but not happy at present also pay is too low as per my qualifications and job

The company is open to innovation and adopt latest technology. I love the work in our company. I love the work environment. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent but salary is not gave proper time.

As we know its a central govt organization and all their employees enjoy all perks and bonus whereas we just get a limited and pre decided salary.

The atmosphere is a typical govt. Type and their working process is slow compare To private sector.

The company is really good but there is no opportunity for the apprentice trainees...

They have large scale salary for the bank direct employs but for the trainee they give 3000 per month..that's really pathetic.
