The work of pushing BSNL into the grave is done by ITS officers.They do not have any accountability as in Corporate where there is productivity based salary.They should not be provided any car facility which is fully misused by their family members.

Flexible timings and office availability in PAN India. You can relocate to your home town or nearby hometown

Worst HR policy among all PSU. low salary and huge shortage of staff. TA/DA rates are very low. Can you imagine, an executive rank officer is getting 150/- per day as dearness allowances in year 2022. What a shame.

...re, henceforth company major decisions is solely depends upon the government. Salary hike is as per the guidelines, so out of turn promotion one cannot think of

...ng scope is enough in BSNL. Lack of work distribution and work culture observed. Career growth , appraisal , salary etc. are not satisfactory but job security is more. Work life balance is good.
