... them to my subordinates for the greater good of the company and telecom sector. Being a government employee the salary was attractive.

Dislikes

Since the company is run by Government of India the talent assessment is not done properly and there are low chance of going to the top if have not been appointed to higher rank.

I Fill very well because all staff member good behave with me and help to solve querry any time any work related . This the my first job and i am really very happy to work there and i got some knowledge about Simcard.

Dislikes

Some people work there they said the work in the calling agent but not groww salary so this is the one of the reason to give i only 1 star rating.

Dislikes
