MD involve in smallest activity of company and every time looking to deduct salary of employees. Harrasement done of very high level. No job satisfaction and security. Bond system for experienced employees. No value of senior employees. Advantage taken of necessity of employees by MDs and management. Very poor culture.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Company give a shares to employees annual+ children education Max. Rs 10000

Dislikes

No Job security, management not listening new employees ideas and other things. Timing of Job 9 to 6 and only Sunday weekly off.

Worst of worst company working hour 9 and specialy quality control department its like play politics and you are not seat on job like 15 to 20 min out of 9 hour duty on whole day some person stay here some years like her own company like behavior.
