Support from management to bottom level to top level. Job security 100%. Yearly increments from bottom level to top level. Excellent experience while interacting with global brand's. Nothing is to like very bad culture HR is talking like I am not you GF or wife shame on this statement. They are running like showroom as they don't have experience in the mfg so hazardous environment.

HR is totally disappointment to the culture that they are assuming we are the boss of manufacturing but they didn't know the technical person perspective. WHole company is handled by hr so little bit behind the market.
