Every thing from management to staff. Actually their is no need of staff. That is why the did not allow any one to stay their for a long time. The old staff members are so trained to pinch new staff so that the leave the clz

Bharat Institute of Technology the team mates are very helpful, Work culture is amazing . Initiatives and Ideas taken for the development activities are welcome by the management .

Good work environment and culture. Teachers are supportive and management is transparent. There is enough space at cafeteria along with a stationary and a barber shop for hostelers and more than usual are available at stationary so students need not to worry about any daily use items if he/she forgot to bring from their home. Playgrounds are also well maintained and clean. Overall its a good deal to have your studies at BIT,Meerut

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics at accounts office and the management doesn't address our issues fastly. We need to struggle sometimes for days to get our issues resolved.

I Haritha Pasupulati working as Asst Prof from past # years would like to share my views about my Institution. I strongly believe that Bharat Institute of Technology (BIT) has a knowledge improvement and skill enhancement environment with good infrastructure and well established labs. I immensely believe that my teaching experience in BIt outweighs the previous experience in other colleges that I have worked.I find many fascinating and interesting factors in Institution viz club activities, committees and student mentoring system. Further the factors that make me continue in BIT are the vision of the management authority and continuous motivation to excel and perform to achieve the vision of the college.During pandemic we were paid regular salaries and also good increment for all eligible faculty. I feel immensely proud to be associated with such organisation.

Hi Iam, rachel Nivedita working as an assistant professor in Bharat Institute of technology. this is a place to learn a lot with huge campus where every corner of the campus teaches us the hard work and dedication. And one more thing I like is the fair transparency in the organization. Here Knowledge is used practically. One of the concern of the management is to protect the country and its resources and give a better future to the coming generation which reminds everyone to be accountable for everything we use. There are many more to say but I have penned down a few.
