New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. There is a lot of politicics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow thereis a bond of 2 years before witch you cannat resign. On the job training is not givento new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. ilove the facts that I was a part of team that produces quality of designed window glass with latest designed and cater the all India market . being a part of team I travel number of cities in India for official work.
