In this there is no growth here, not good in salary package, not good in promotion, there is no future here, employee are totally unsatisfied with this job, many experienced employee having a less salary package that is not good.

Company good for skill development. Work life balance can adjust very nicely

No salary satisfaction. Only shopfloor staff getting good atention. Old union workers are pathethic they don't want their progress and company's also and deploying bad culture in new joiner's mind also.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Bad experience no training no holidays for trainee all the things are for union workers no bonus low salary for new comers but if u r experience worker then its a good company to work here

...gemant is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
