1. Highly stressful work environment. 2. Employee hard work is not valued. 3. Employees in stressful roles get one weekly off, while those in air-conditioned offices get two. 4. No job security; HR forces and threatens employees to resign. 5. Appraisals are biased. 6. Poor canteen facilities. 7. Employees handle all the work without support from workers or top management and receive no appreciation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is not good management nd salary also decent but career growth is slow . Something the behaviour of Senior employees is ugly with new joined Students.
