Appraisals and increments to the favorites over the talented people. Leaves must not be taken unless there is death or accident in the family. High dissatisfaction and attrition at the R&D Center. Salary is not receiving on time... Delayed by 7 to 12 days every month with unexpected deduction. Lots of salary deduction. LTA not paid in every month. Here is hike like 1.5% to 2% annual. Lots of politics in company. No learnings. Work-life balance is zero. Leaves policy is so bad. Not only leaves policy but all policy are not in employees favour. Think 100 times before joining this company.
