Obviously you'll be getting a handsome amount of salary, Travel & daily hotel allowances etc at perfect time. No delay. Chances of getting laid off is negligible, if you don't commit any financial misappropriation or POSH cases.

Dislikes

You won't have any work life balance here. Those long conference calls will haunt you till death. Incentives structure is very poor at supervisory levels. Excessive travel & field work for higher managers also.

Unable to balance family life. Seniors and support department enjoy holidays. PMS ratting not done properly. I am not getting my last year increment. Rude behavior by Seniors.

No peace of mind, no work life balance, no fixed working hours, a lot of useless meetings which frustrates you, During your leaves, you will feel as if you are doing work from home. You have to do a lot travelling in rural areas. Not much skill development. Now a days a lot of pressure for targets and collections.

... a lots to staff. New incentives is deploying very fast and fast moving company. Salary credits on the month end every month no delay. Travelling and daily allowance is very good and reward and recognition is also memorable. Company gives good performance staff air trip and meeting in very good place.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year.

There ia lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salar8is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.
