Its been around 18 Months working here previously I am working in a MNC and compare to that here working is very very good... staff and seniors are like family and co operative and they encourage you to learn every possible work and good work life balance.

Dislikes

No salary hikes and bit small amount of bonus from past few years.

Likes I don't know. It depends on the branch and people working with you.

...ferred, so most of the people don't say anything and suffer. Worst management. No yearly salary hike. No bonus. No appreciation of work. Just more work is given as reward for your work. Management should seriously consider this as warning or else no good employees will stay.

...ever ending work, due diligence, kyc, cross selling, and many other compliances. Late sittings, no bonus, no appraisals nor promotion, no yearly increments.

For a fresher, the Bank is great for learning about all major banking functions and processes. Initial training is provided for 5 days which covers concepts like deposits, advances, forex, etc. Its a secure job and in some branches you do get a 'Family Environment'

Dislikes

No raises or bonuses. Wage revision has not been done since 2016.

I was introduced to Bharat cooperative bank by my uncle few months ago. My very first bank, branch Borivali to work with. Colleagues here are like family, very helpful and supportive. We do use to maintain good relationships with customers. Great place to work with. Multiple new things to learn. Overall 10 on 10 for this bank.
