For a fresher, the Bank is great for learning about all major banking functions and processes. Initial training is provided for 5 days which covers concepts like deposits, advances, forex, etc. Its a secure job and in some branches you do get a 'Family Environment'

Late sitting at branches. Having double shift branches, we all are not taking break. We continue work from morning 9.15 to 6.00. Than too we have to sit late at night till 7.30-8.00.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
