... You need to wait two years for the increment that too not even 10%. Your CTC before hiring into the company doesn’t match with the monthly salary you get. This will put you in utter disappointment. Hr people are liars. Don’t believe in anything they say. 1-2 leaves will be added every month upon your joining. Only 2 optional holidays for the whole year and 8 public holidays. No benefits upon joining. They make you multitask. You won’t be given any job description but will be asked to do what you are not hired for. Please save yourself from this hell hole by not even trying to get into this.

If u did any work you will get 3 -5 days LOP(only for work dedicated persons). Increments will hold one year No proper work system ( always follow the instructions a particular person)

...y, a half day unpaid leave will be deducted. There is no break for refreshments. There will be several deductions from the pay. Food is another worst thing and they don't even provide tea/coffee for the employees. They won't provide proper place for vehicle parking. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus and they don't even provide intercom. So if something happens at home, you will come to know only in the evening. Work culture is toxic. They treat employees as if they are sla_es. If a visitor comes, they provide refreshments only to them and employees shall be sitting and watch. They don't even respect the employees. After resignation, relieving from this company is a big achievement. They have every relentless and unreasonable explanation to stop you from relieving and extend the notice period. Probation period is also for 1 year and will be extended without any justification.

...tendance bonus, gmp bonus etc deduction. Finally base compensation is 5.3 lakh . Means monthly salary around 42 -44 thousand. 😡😡. BLOODY Evil policy😡BBIL will never grow like MNC . Cheating with employees hard earned money.

Worst HR. management too. 🤬🤬 BBIL Is 3rd class company. The company will never grow. If management treat employees and maintain the MNC culture. Then only possible. Otherwise Hell . CTC structure is divided into 15 steps like basic HRA add.bonus.. gmp.gtc.link allowance etc... HR MANAGEMENT both are thinking they are smart .. due to their worst smartness company will sink in rainy dustbin very soon.😡😡

...e with out benefits , Hr rules and large difference between ctc and take home..because of bus transportation fee , leave policies, if we took 3 leaves they deduct 1500 attendance bonus it's terrible and they don't provide tea for employees during work hours
