... other state people like aliens no supportive behaviour of most of the people . Not pay salary for the days you work there and suddenly you get sick even if you are approved sick from ESI doctors they don't pay to you . Worsted HR staff especially Mrs Priyanka ....Mr Raghuram Reddy..and Amar nath Reddy .

They give opportunity to freshers.

1. Poor Management 2. Unprofessional HR. 3. Salary very low 4. They will not give you what you deserve. 5. Even if they give you service Letter,they will deny and call it dake during background check.

You will be given anything to learn of your interest. Proving your potential to them. However it is good for freshers to start over here. They take you easily. Dept of HR is un professional.

However, you succeed in any tasks and expecting upraise salary that won't work. Only the people who are with particular surname are much more benefited than others. Can't believe still such discrimination exist in co-operate company.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but Career growth is slow.
