Salary for the core department engineers (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, Mining) are the best in the industry. They treat new joinees as their "Damaad" ( son in law) and try to every possible facilities for those new joinees just seperated from their parents and entering new phase of professional life. They also maintain a healty gender ratio among news joinees that is also cherry on cake for all those B.Tech guys😁.

Remote job location. 6 days working. Very less holidays.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The company is very good for training and skill development, salary and appraisal criteria is also very good. 100% Job security.

Employee growth is slow, the work pressure is very high, I have to work 12 to 16 hrs in 3-4 day in a week.

Work life balance and Skill development. After some time interval employees need to rotate the job profile hence vast scope of Skill development.

Non uniform Salary structure. for ex. Salary of new joiners/fresher is more than an employee with 10 years of rich work experience.
