There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The company is very good for training and skill development, salary and appraisal criteria is also very good. 100% Job security.

Employee growth is slow, the work pressure is very high, I have to work 12 to 16 hrs in 3-4 day in a week.

Pay Scale is par away among Manufacturing companies. Production Incentive program is also good. It's a real Pay Master.Location is also good with full facility Hospital. Very near to Town. Many restaurants, shopping malls are near to it. Location is a industrial hub.

Dislikes

Variable Pay is bluff, be very transparent during negotiations. JD is not available for maximum designations. Roles Responsibilities change very frequently. New Rules Every Month imposed.

...nd fooding at very nominal cost. Best place to learn and grow as a professional. Salary for the core department engineers (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, Mining) are the best in the industry. They treat new joinees as their "Damaad" ( son in law) and try to every possible facilities for those new joinees just seperated from their parents and entering new phase of professional life. They also maintain a healty gender ratio among news joinees that is also cherry on cake for all those B.Tech guys😁.

Remote job location. 6 days working. Very less holidays.
