The only thing that can be liked in this organization (at least for this role) is the salary and the content.

Here, I'll give a detailed explanation so that one can make the right choice. The above reviews that you see are not completely true. Following are the reasons why one must not join Bhanzu (or even if you join for the sake of money, you must keep searching for other opportunities as your job is not secure here): 1. Dominating Manager and her puppet Senior Quality Associate: The current manager (as of 20/07/2023) is rude, dominating, and has no ears for the opinions/demands of the other Quality Associates. Similarly, the Senior QA is just another puppet who is too much scared that she highlights everything to her management, even the stuff that is not necessary to be highlighted. They hear the opinion of the QAs just for formality and do not take an effort to understand the ground-level situation. 2. Stupid ways to calculate efficiency: The way your efficiency is calculated is too stupid. Understand with this example - Imagine you were asked to complete 100 articles in a day, you try your level best but are able to do only 80 in a day. Now, when asked, you provide the genuine reasons and difficulties you face while working. Even after multiple tries, all you are able to do is 80 pieces each day. But the senior level manager is not convinced. The senior-level manager gives you the following logic: To make a single article, 5.5 mins are required. By that concept, in 9hrs, 100 pieces must be able to do 100 articles. No consideration of fatigue, mental tiredness, and no allowance in the timing is provided. Similar is the way the efficiency of the work is calculated here. 3. Females are difficult to deal with: Most employees here are female. To convince them or to explain them is very difficult. Brains need to be kept away while you talk to these employees. Not all female employees are the same here, but yes, most of them are really hard to deal with. 4. Job security is a myth: Even if you have a job, you'll still fear losing it anytime. Very difficult to have mental peace here. A threatening environment is constant. 5. Your opinion does not matter: You are a mere employee who is expected to do the given task and not cross-question. If you do so, you are a threat to the organization. Keep shush! Guys, trust me, all the above information is 100% true. I am not faking/exaggerating it. But the call is yours. Be careful while joining and make sure you keep searching for the job simultaneously even if you join Bhanzu. Thanks!

...ff in a month after that every class you are absent they penalize 500 rupees ...so if you are not working for 2 day with 6hr work day you are paying 3500 out of your salary on top of not receiving the salary for that period...no emergency leave or bereavement or medical leave allowed without penalty

There is nothing to like about the company.

.... They show you starbursts in the beginning, right after training things change. They will provide chum change in exchange for a salary if you fail your OJT. This is not conveyed by the HR in the beginning. They have no procedures for anything regarding with the HR. No support from the training team. No support from the quality team. There are no audits or further support that can be provided for the improvement of advisors. Everything is very fake. No work life balance. They make you work for 12hrs to 14hrs straight for weeks without providing any weekly offs. They don’t even let you take breaks during working hours. Only meetings in morning shifts, day ends without any positive conversations. Micromanagement is pathetic. No support from managers, TL’s are more like jailers who only can see through numbers. They ask to avoid any funerals but to work on the same day. TL’s are not supportive at all. Not qualified for a role of an advisor. No work strategies. TL’s are gender biased. This is the worst company to work with.
