There was my great experience and seriously there was my happiest time of me to work with Medica Group. And what a excellent team work is there, That is a great organization to improve to every one. I seen there to every employee to work with good smile. What a supporting team. Bottom to top every ready to give any types of support. First time I seen in my carrier every employee giving happy with this group and no one is strict to them self to work under the committed time only. I thing for the reason is fabulous working culture. I was very happy. Due to my very personal reason I left that organisation. I really pull down my tears. I feel I have given the signing to my experience as I earned in previous organization.

Dislikes

Some process has to be in a format, Which was a dis-management, Hope after completing two and half year that process would be under the format. Because every one was conscious to do the same, Including me but fortunately during the corrective process I was discontinue from there.

It's nice to work there. But the system there is not good.

वहा पर सिस्टम का कोई तरीका नही है। वहा पर सैलरी भी अच्छी नही है। 7000 सैलरी से कुछ नही होता है, खुद का खर्चा भी निकाल सकता हु। घर का कैसे निकालूगा।

Three doctors are living here including me. Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Dental surgeon. A friendly environment is here which I come through for the first time in my life.

Lower staff is under qualified. Faced a lot of problem bcoz of them
