Some process has to be in a format, Which was a dis-management, Hope after completing two and half year that process would be under the format. Because every one was conscious to do the same, Including me but fortunately during the corrective process I was discontinue from there.

Good place in term of learning, gaining experience as well as skills. All hospital staff including doctors, my seniors very much cooperative.
