Compensation is worst, zero barrier growth. the work pressure is too high. Anytime working hours could be 16-24 hrs. Safety is a biggest issue here your is not secure here. Uneducated management is present here.

in my opinion , never joined bhabani pigment, there is a director and manager nexus with locals, you can't even found pure RO water for drinking purpose there
