I was really impressed by what I had shown while joining. I had worked hard and tried to show them true path of success because company is new for Railway Business. But later on I came to know that company is one man driven i.e. by a person who has been there since starting of his Carrier. Also management had done investment wrongly without understanding the business model of white goods and later on started railway business in that place. Since they have only single product partially approved by railway in basket and that was not sufficient to fulfill there business expectations. All of a sudden I got informed by HR that you are being fired on the basis of non- performance. That was really a jerk for me and they did it just before Diwali. So my recommendation for everyone not to join this company as it is driven by unethical mindsets.

No team work, no team inputs only one man show type of company.

Sound technical competent people's & supportive too. Inhouse R&D team as BGLI-IN is manufacturer of Automotive Relays & Flashers. Very good customers base. T&D team members very supportive & also share technical knowledge to manufacturing team.

The company is working toward present and future latest technology .Automation,Innovation and adoptions of best practices is a continues process . I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global customer base. I use to travel abroad most of the country like US,Europe,taiwan, japan,korea,china and so on.
