Learning and training can be done simultaneously which improves the knowledge of the employee.
The company encourage the employee during the critical situations and motivate the employee to achieve the goals of the organisation.
This company involves even lower level employee during the implementation of new process of manufacturing.
Company Management is totally depend on other departments .. HR is also depends on GM of site. They treat employee like animals of zoo. Manager do not value of an individual unique strengths. You didn't get any appreciation from your department.

Handling all the branches in india of BFG. working with 500 employees. working with labour contractors. Taking meetings for all the 500 employees. team building all the employees
