It is good for freshers.

Dislikes

worked more than 3 years and found below concern points . 1.Work pressure is very high. 2. No proper KT 3.Day by day employee benefits are eliminating. 4. Annual increment will be not good . 5.They will not allow you to take client location leave nor India leave. 6. no time management 7.more than 50% experience resource are left the organization by 2021. 8. No team lunch or outings..etc., in simple, if possible try to avoid.

Here the manager and the management is very worst. Since they are small and product based company salary will be quite decent HR is simply useless. They ll b make u to work like anythg , even though u have any number of exp .
