Disclaimer : Data Analyst / MIS Exective / Power BI Developer those who are joining here this is all scam i been working there for More than Year. since the higher Sr.manager(just 3 Y ago passed out from COEP)now sitting in this company does not have Tech Exp they will trap in the this scam for just sake of getting manual work done. there is no process, if try to implement new tech stuff by now this Sr.Manager will pull your legs for job insecurity. instead to helping out you there. The Owner + People working under him so call Sr.Manager(give bad imperrsion to Owner of other hard working employee ) are same no respect, huge poltices, Toxic If they want to lay off the team they will put you presure and will tell you put down the Paper for Company safer Side.

I seriously made a stupid mistake by joining this company, and I hope you don’t do the same. If you’re coming in for design, copy, or anything else, it might be fine, but if you’re planning to join as an account manager, please don’t. There’s no growth here, and the politics have no boundaries. I’ve been working here for a year, and honestly, there’s nothing I can say I’ve really learned. If you date or get involved with someone higher up, you’ll get more preference and resources—you can come in whenever and leave whenever. But if you’re not in that circle, just be ready to do whatever you’re told. The language is often filled with cuss words, and I’ve seen everyone leave. It seems like the senior manager who thinks he’s the boss and his girlfriend are creating a family here while nobody talks about it. I’m on the hunt for a new job too, so don’t be fooled by any positive vibes; I’m pretty sure HR tells people to say nice things.

Opportunity to work with a young enthu-cutlet team. iHub-The project mgmt tool is simply perfect to work on. Decent salaries. Opportunity to learn new performance marketing first-hand. If you keep ego hassles aside and adapt to the fast-paced work environment, BeyondWalls is actually good company to work in. The average team age is 25 and you keep learning new things about real estate performance marketing. Yes, the place has work pressure that typically exists in every agency, but as said before, if you are quick to adapt and eager to learn, it can be a fun experience.
