It's my humble request to not join this company at any cost. Starting with the top (or should I say bottom), the founder, he is an egoistic man who will lure you into good talks and when it's time for appraisals, he will either put you on PIP or lay off or just ask you to resign from your end. Coming to the management who are just show-off folks, know nothing and pretend to be all preachy. If you are on good terms with the management, then you are in safe hands otherwise any day could be your last day. Here, hardworking employees get nothing but more work, and the people who make good relationships with seniors get all the perks. You will rarely find anything to learn here except abusive language. You will get to hear abusive/ offensive language all day, every day even from the founder. Let's not forget the useless HR department and the head 'Joel' who should be in 'Management Resource' not 'Human Resource' since he only does what the management says. Moving on to the other side of the company, which is the personal relationships people share here. You will clearly get to see the partial behaviour of seniors. Young people without any prior training or experience are promoted to higher positions and think they are the king of the company. Anybody who goes against them, god bless their lives. The Tri-Wizards (if you know, you know) have only worked in this company and they are the ones who are the main decision-makers for all departments/ teams. You can only guess the level of immaturity people bring to the table here. There are some months where you will be asked to work 6 days without any comp-off or benefits.
