The company is good but the management is worst

...the morning till late night Monday to Saturday. Sometimes to work on Sunday too. neither I received appreciation nor the overtime or extra pay for Sunday work. the management is worst, especially the HR and accounts team. the payroll department is useless and the admin manager thinks himself over-smart. the owner had to build a big company with his hard work but due to management, the company got a loss. The company lost good employees due to the poor management

...for one's tasks. Managers just expect you to execute what you think is right. 2. Salary way below market standards. 3. Poor appraisals and no hikes based on performance 4. After acquisition no clarity on the future projects and role in the company

Nothing. Even the name is literally stupid! 10 years and yet no defined SOPs or tech presence such as automations.

...ork culture. Senior managers with extremely poor attitude towards their juniors. Set completely unrealistic targets to ensure you are not getting the variable pay.

It's good to work in Bewakoof as the company is good interms of timely pay and a lot of projects running on parallel

The amount of micro management and lower scale of payment with a great amount of responsibility
