1. Quick adoption of strategies 2. Period leave only for permanent employees 3. Maternity benifit good for old employees which has been changed. 4. Although hybrid mode of work 2 days wfh, often expected to come to work 4 or all 5 days of the week.

... employees. 4. Often restructuring and layoff of employees. Low job security. 5. Purchase of foreign companies which are in losses and increasing the loss of employees by reducing the bonus, appraisal and increment values largely. 6. High ratio of politics. 7. No lunch provided, except some low quality evening snacks which is hardly eaten by the employee group. 8. Budget cuts on all engagement activities and no work life balance. 9. Overtime is never paid and compensatory off is never given by managers to employees consultants and contract worker. 10. Personal leaves are often rejected by policy where manager has the right to change it once granting. Quiet shameful corporate greed. 11. Employees on consultant role is expected to work upto 2 years and never given permanent role.

...feteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yaar

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Top managements involvement is there in each and every decision. Despite appreciation mails, they mostly ignore it at time of appraisals. There is no on job training.
