No policies, startup with less skilled and qualified people sitting at managerial positions for example a person from musical background or singer will be hired as your operations head out of blue. No job security. It’s in house company with no career prospects.

The People whom I work with were very good and supportive. Compensation and benefits were also good.

Dislikes

There was no job security you can not predict which day is going to be your last day at this company. One day you are working and suddenly your work laptop shut down and you receive an email saying "you are fired", a terrible experience working in this company. Worst Top management.

I like my team which was always helpful, compensation was good enough to be happy as well.

Dislikes

It's a worst company in terms of Job security, the management is worthless as they will assure you time to time your job is secure but you will be kicked out without any notice. It's a profit based company which won't think about the welfare of employees. If you don't have anything to do then please join this company to ruin your career.

The culture at this place is really good. People are kind and supportive. Perks in terms of compensation is great too. A place which provides loads of opportunities if one is working on a right path.
