Bita takes care of hiring soft tech employees but then presses them for work and hesitates in their salary. I have worked in beta soft tech. That HR told me that they will give you training first, our training time will be your salary, your salary will be 8k, after the training, you will not leave, hence, you will have to get a bond of 1 year in which your original high school marks sheet will have to be submitted. When I deposited it. she said that I will pay your salary when you work liveproject. May worked for 2 months then left when salary was not paid

... life with this time schedule and even they didn't support in covid 19 lockdown. They deduct your salary in normal days also.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
