Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

The management was good before but right now it’s just a mess.

Dislikes

Everything is terrible at store level right now. No pay. Delay in appraisal and increment payouts. No bonus no incentive. Planning is not good.

This company is one of best companies in India but only before covid 19 situation.

Dislikes

I was working from December but in between March when the covid 19 pandemic started half of the employee get half salary but after 3 months I was getting pade only 4k till aug after that I lost my job. First they told us, you guys don't have to worried about your job, your job is secure you will never terminated from the company they promised but they failed. There main thing is that if you want you terminat us why you doing fake promises about job security. When they giving us half salary they told us we have so many employees we are not able to pay full salary. Ok we are happy with that but why did you guys terminate us. It's a shame thing for company like bestsellers. This thing doesn't expected from the company.

... upcoming merchandise. The job security is Excellent unless one breaks the rule. The salary hike is also excellent as they have extremely growth in every six months. A Fashion Consultant can really be happy for the incentives one is earning. It's every one's dream to work with a reputed company like BESTSELLER. They have policies and following it is must. The environment is great where one can explore more through its talent. Working with one of the best or only the best leading fashion brand is an honour to me.
