I don't like anything about the Bestpeers.

Dislikes

The job security, you only stay employed as long as you have a project. If not they can terminate your employment without notice. Additionally, you're expected to handle call for roles requiring 8+ years of experience, and senior team lead not offering any help.

Nothing like about company all management is poor

Dislikes

Politics in office, poor management, job insecurity, no support from HR in case of help no balance between personal and professional life workload is more than you can imagine.

If you join as a experience( minimum 2 years) , it will good for you, company provides you good hike ,you have to train the freshers as a lead.

Dislikes

For fresher, work load is more, as your experience increases more responsibilites will come. If you are sure to handle work load very well then you should join it, never ever expect anything from the company.

All my teammates are too benevolent. I have been 6 months working here and this time short period of time helped me out to perceive lot of practical knowledge. My seniors are so supportive by their behavior, eventually we can enhance our interpersonal skills too with them. Company culture is also very pleasent and love this about it.

It's a very good company. Here, I like the most that you will get chances to learn and work on the technologies which did not exist in your skill set. And by working on that technologies you can improve your skillset.
