Earlier Management was supportive but this time 2023 management is not good to work

HR policy very bad and they behave person like slave Location is very far from main road so very difficult to reach office at time

No job security, no work satisfaction, MD's behave not good towards employees. 3 month's notice period, 25-30% deduction of gross salary it will be non refundable before 01 years if want to change or fired from the company. Purely Lalaji company.
