Join who will work only for 6-12months, Culture is very bad, MD directly intruction to operators and take feed back of Managers work from there. HR involvement in every section for feedback, if you question HR for training/Development/Upgradation then definately lost your Job within a week. You have not take your decision in favour of company, part , production, Toolroom etc. I you masag HR and MD then you will definitely stay there.
