Head office is in bangalore but the HR person from Bengal work in Noida Delhi... No professional values.. Will land in bangalore only when a senior guy is in bangalore to meet him and go out for fun. HR must be in head office unlike software engineers who work remotely..

Every day 2 hours worthless session which is of no use explaining about toilet etiquettes , false promises , regionalism is what I learnt in Best Apps is a key factor to get projects as well as higher incentives , Management judges not over your performance or the projects or even on your knowledge but whether you are from Tamil Nadu or not and also fake hikes and salary never on time and if you find better opportunities too much issues in getting reliving

The environment is school like and micro monitoring even if you are working and getting billed still they drag you due to no actual issue and waste your productive hours

Organisation trust your ability and give you complete freedom on your project. Travel - you dont expect it will be fully organised, but on call support you get from your travel team.
