...tionship among employees and between employees to superiors and with management. Management take care of each and every employees and salary,benefits are best at par with industries. Employees are made to retire happily and all retirement benefits are handed over to retirees on last day of the retirees in the retirement farewell function. Mediclaim policies are provided to retired employees upto 70 years of age as a measure of GOOD WILL for their loyal service to the company. The children of the employees are given preference in the company employment process if they have required qualification.

Dislikes

Required developmental activities have not been carried out in the manufacturing units and shortage of working capital prevent the company to compete vigorously in the market. This result in major erosion in our share in the market. Also our company is having very old technology which have to be replaced by latest technologies in all sector viz,mechanical,electrical,electronics,etc. This result in employees are not aware of latest technological updates in the respective fields. Most of the operations are manual and this should be replaced by SAP or any other latest module to become more competent in the industry circle and market.

Yes nice to work with different kind of machines.in this we have learn more about how to dismantle the machine and assemble.and we go and work all working place.

The growth is slow and work pressure sometime.there is no increment in salary.the CEO of company are very kindness at the same time they are very liable person.one day iam working in my machine suddenly they told to stop.that day company was closed.because of some financial problem.that day CEO was not in the company.he know suitation of company even though till now CEO not come and meet the employees.
