Nothing, just that I can't give ratings zero or below that I need to give 1 star

The CEO gives only depressed motivation * No proper date given about the salary. * The review in the glassdoor about salary is completely true * We are working 2 months without salary and doesnt even lets us to work from home if we do not have money and asks us to come to office. * Long working hours even if your task are completed you still have to be here, or you will be target from the following day. * Honestly NO work-life-balance * If your sick and unhealthy you honestly wont be getting a day off to recover instead you will be forced via email to come to office and work, But when it comes for CEO and CGO its excused and no one should be questioning if you question them then you will be targetted. * Head Count is very less only on my campus recruit it increases to 60 employees and within 2-4 months it will be shrunk to 50 employees and people of senior in their own fields have 0% of respect for their experience and till date if i can assume no employee has gone from this office in a good note, and now we are at 30. * There is no respect for any employees be it IIT or the seniors * No seniors or trained leaders to learn from, the leaders know only few things which they manage * In this company the CEO doesn't know the concept of Research & Development he expects outcome in very minimal days, the disappointment is there is no trained leaders who can help or a technology oriented manager who can help the leaders the only helping agent is CHAT GPT & other AI websites. * In my IIT projects it takes immense research and it takes very months only on researching and studying research papers. *And given the delay of salary terms the CEO blames us for not having Savings, in banglore the rent of PG , food cost , travelling cost ,all included together for 1 month will be close to some amount and we still need to send money to our Parents where they have taken education loan and other loans. * After Completing my IIT when i was enrolled to Bert Labs my expectation were very high , now i have been cheated by just the display of CEOs Lies and his motivation by the leaders which is clearly useless. Advice to Management * As i have been very honest i know the next task would be to check my identity. I hope glassdoor sticks to there values * If the same CEO continues to run the Company, the company would stand for the next few months without success. * To appoint CTO who can concentrate on the tech and CEO to concentrate on what a ceo actually does . * To appoint experienced Seniors for guiding the leaders and us for developing better models , Files, same goes to other departments * To Create a Positive work place * To create a better work-life-balance environment * To take care of employees if they are ill, not by pushing out mails and asking them to come, rather then that to show empathy for the employees to recover well and come back strong * The company in this pace is under 1 star

... or same importance in decision making. Btw his decision making is another joke. Even though company doesn't have a single paying customer now, employees still have to work 16+hrs a day preparing sales pitches. Literally every department person is a salesperson here and no one wants to do business with them. CGO Bhavana is no different. She looks down on all companies saying that no one takes environment seriously and all. But she herself doesn't understand even a bit about the same. She lacks basic technical aptitude to understand even if else logic, let alone AI. 52% energy saving is too big a claim and actually a false one that Bert Labs has been making publicly. The other false claim is 100Cr revenue during interviews that they speak about. The max revenue they have had in any year so far is less than 50L. But they still keep recruiting people committing 50LPA+ and then don't pay just because they don't have business to afford. Hence they bring false reasons to circle around and give people reasons for salary cut and share buy back without monetary compensation. They don't reimburse your business travel claims either and rather host parties with forced individual contribution. Founders have already lost their shame. A lot of potential clients have pointed that out. One client which was close to be converted retracted back due to Rohit's behaviour. After that Rohit fired the sales guy who set up that call with the client. Totally illogical and lunatic guy. Rohit criticises people for wanting a work life balance. There is this guy Ankit from the HR team who himself is frustrated but never supports an employee because Rohit would fire him if he ever voiced out. My genuine advice is : Even if you're not getting a job right away, please take a career break but don't join this company. It will shatter you mentally, physically and financially. It's any day better to not working that working and not getting paid. A month or two's break will not impact your career as much as working with this company for a month. Please be wise in decision making.

... serve 3 months notice period whether you just joined, or 15 days old employee..there is no reduction in NP other wise legal notice of 3 month fix pay you will get. 11. No Project, so you are just doing timepass.

It's trap, salary cut, termination tool uses on employee I felt its school than work place If you say something or loud you won't be eligible to get reliving certificate Weekends are not yours, forcefully you will asked to work Completely unprofessional, no space for personal things Connect with current or former employee before you join on linkedin to know how pathetic situation is.
