...ate punches results in a half-day deduction, and missed punches are not excused. Salary: Salaries are typically processed on the 12th of each month. However, if you take any leave between the 1st- 12th, the salary get postponed further. Work Environment: The overall environment is not very employee-friendly. The owner behavior can be discouraging at times, Workload: Daily tasks can be overwhelming, with 6-7 tasks assigned that must be completed by the end of the day. If task are not completed, employee face critisism. Break time: Lunch breaks are limited to 30mins, and exceeding this time, even by 5mins, results in a Rs50 penalty. Additionally, employees are monitored for small things like taking more than two cups of tea or coffee. Additional concern: For graphic designers, the working hours can be extend as late as 10-11pm, which can be very draining, There are also deductions for missed punches, late arrivals, and extended lunch breaks, which add to the financial and mental stress. This review is based on my personal experience.

If you don't sit properly on your chair they will penalized you. You have to sit like robot. Lunch break half hour after that you will not allow to come out from office. Medical certificate is compulsory.

Caution: Think Twice Before Joining or Buying from Beromt.com Before considering an interview or purchase from this company, I strongly recommend reading reviews on platforms like Naukri. Based on my personal experience, this is the most challenging work environment I have ever encountered. At first glance, Beromt.com appears professional with its structured processes, such as login and logout systems. However, once inside, the reality is starkly different. The co-founder, Darshana Rathi, fosters a highly toxic work culture. She often engages in gossip, imposes excessive workloads, and extends working hours far beyond the stated nine hours, expecting employees to work 10–12 hours regularly without consideration. Unrealistic deadlines, such as demanding a month's work in two or three days, are common.

The HR department, led by Priya, is ineffective and unsupportive. Despite being labeled as "HR," she lacks professionalism and often spreads rumors instead of resolving concerns. Employees are frequently threatened, penalized for trivial matters, and made to feel guilty for raising valid issues. For example, even a one-minute delay during the half-hour lunch break incurs a fine of ₹50. Darshana Rathi's management style is autocratic. Salaries are unfairly deducted for minor issues like leaving a coffee cup on the table or adjusting a chair. She frequently accuses employees falsely and does not value their efforts. Many employees have resigned within days or months due to the toxic atmosphere. The product quality at Beromt.com is questionable, and the sales team’s attitude toward customers is unprofessional. The company’s dealings with external agencies are also problematic, with unpaid dues and baseless accusations. Additional concerns: Employees are not allowed to carry personal belongings, including mobile phones, into the office. Certain individuals in the organization act as spies, reporting employees' actions and conversations. Personal boundaries are often crossed, with intrusive questions about employees’ lives and families. In my experience with Beromt.com was overwhelmingly negative. I urge potential employees and customers to carefully evaluate this company before engaging with it.
