When I started off, the company had a young, compelling and vibrant work culture.The four day work week is a definite crowd puller.

...oined. It has been two years since then and currently none of us are happy here. The company is losing wonderful employees because of its poor compensation practices and biased, illogical and almost impossible to achieve level movement strategies. The company just doesn't prioritize employees. They are after revenue achievement and the HR team is high unresponsive and blind to our problems. Every time an issue is flagged, we are asked not to discuss it.

...he company. Very friendly, supportive, and understanding manager and team mates. Salary gets credited on time and wide opportunities for learning. Good place to work.

Nothing specific but the promotion timelines could be fastened up.

Poor management . Lot of their scorecards are tied to client rating and the scorecard rating provided to the employees are too ambiguous. Even when an employee cannot directly control a certain parameter defined in the scorecard,it's still there on scorecard for the sake of rating the employee poor and pulling down their annual variable payout and yearly hike.

Dislikes

Being a service based business , the timelines are barely decided by the analysts. Limited scope of skill development. Even though the company claims to have a four day work week, the hours of per day work might vary ( like any other service business who are customer focused).

4 days a week!!Period. The work life balance is excellent esp for women. The maternity, wedding leaves policy is outstanding. The appraisal and compensation system is transparent and quarterly. The company culture is young and vibrant. There is no dirty politics. Proud to be a Beroite!

The onsite opportunities is very less if you are not in client team.
