...etic... They deducted my colleague's fnf amount.. because he left the company... Salary what they show looks good... But its like just giving you money so that you can increase your work experience.... Salary what they show... And what they actually give doesn't match.... Managers are worst... They themselves can't talk and behave professionally and expect us to behave professionally.... Even dealers and contractors are fed up of Berger's services... because of such kind of attitude showed by managers in company.. Also work time so flexible.. that you can work till 12am or even 1am.. you can also work on Sundays... Basically you will not have any work life balance or personal life... Only drink beer with your managers and you only will have to pay the bill....your manager will not pay... Gaurav Kumar Gupta & Nishant Sharma (HR)... both are fraud...In name of training they give only 2 days product knowledge training and later tell us to visit field for self training...

Nothing good. Management is not selected based on skills. Anyone is made anything. Slangs are used in meeting. No professionalism in company

HR lies about salary and other conditions before joining. Structure in company is chaos and no proper flow line

Even RMs and GMs think themselves like self declare god" Appraisal- Joking this is not even a thing in burger paints Salary- "kaam raat bhar or salary jh&&&t bhar HR- "Thier role is only in onboarding and Seperation. Rest of the year they are busy in making rangolis"

1. No process oriented approach in any field. 2. No system for review and feedback. 3. Not employee centric company. 4. Running with very old systems & manual work methods. 5. Approach towards Safety is lethargic. 6. No global/group guide lines. 7. Far behind industry in terms of work system, work culture etc

On time Salary and Job security Flexible working: When you are in market, you can work as you want. It is about getting the job done.

Poor work life balance : You are supposed to work Monday to Saturday. In exigencies Sunday is also a working day.But these exigencies are often.It can be improved if CHRO intervene.Even if it is a holiday on Sunday, they will schedule a useless meeting. Less Salary: Salary difference between MTs from IIMs and tier 2 colleges has a big difference. Incompetent mid level Management: If working hours start from 10 am, the mid-level manager may call up a meeting at 9 . They don't care about employee wellbeing. They don't even have a strategy. Focus only on sales.
