... midnight. Even the top management is blind.. Least in terms of professionalism. Even RMs and GMs think themselves like self declare god" Appraisal- Joking this is not even a thing in burger paints Salary- "kaam raat bhar or salary jh&&&t bhar HR- "Thier role is only in onboarding and Seperation. Rest of the year they are busy in making rangolis"

Abuse words used by Higher Management, Manager. Worst Top Management and Manager, narrow minded attitudes , No Bonus, No Insensitive as because very high target set which is not achievable and many clause, non Management are the labour and no facilities only high target is set and higher authority enjoy international tour giving high pressure sale to lower employee or you can say servant.

...orking with this company for a year and I had a terrible experience with this 1) Less salary and a lot of work 2) not relese expenses 3) very bad management 4) fasle promises make to the employees 5) they only need sales but not provide support that help to do sales 6) very bad experience working with this organisation.

At first the homely culture. All seniors & bosses are supportive. A good motivation & guideline comes from seniors in every time.. Overall Berger is a supportive company.

Dislikes

...any in India. So that's why every time pressure is there for gain market share. Salary structure is little bitt low as compare to another competition brand.
